Dear Dr. Popcak, Thank you so much for this insightful tape! I find my self telling myself exactly what you were talking about, especially the incident in the mall when a friend did not wave back. I am so happy you picked the reaction of blaming yourself. WOW! I do that all the time! Now because of this tape, I am going to be more aware of my thoughts while bringing them to God so He may purify them. May God continue to bless your ministry. Prayerfully, Francine Calabrese Francine - Augusta, NJ

It had practical solutions and related to my life. Amber - Saint Peter, MN
I struggle with deep emotional difficulties and Dr. Popcak's soothing baritone, wisdom, and experience have helped me immeasurably. In fact, I've listened to this CD at least once a week for over a year now. Anytime I become overwhelmed I pop it in the CD player and it never fails to help me to calm down and trust God with whatever is bothering me. It taught me the difficult yet rewarding art of mindfulness and non-judgmentally assessing my current feelings, and then prayerfully working through them to God's glory. St. JP2 was a genius with Theology of the Body, and Dr. Gregg makes it understandable in this good CD Elizabeth - Jonestown, PA
The presentation listed the manner in which I should approach my feelings. How do I react --- how does God want me to react? How do I stop listening to Satan whispering to me and turn to God to find peace in my emotional storm! 3 Questions I ask: How am I feeling? How would I like to feel? What small steps can I take to feel how I want to feel? Victoria - Wes Bloomfield, MI
